"Ozark Gothic" - Officially licensed Ozark print for Gallery 1988's 'Official Ozark Art Exhibit'. 12 x 18 inches.

I had a lot of fun making this piece, featuring Darlene and Jacob Snell in an homage to the 1930 Grant Wood painting 'American Gothic'. Jason Bateman and Laura Linney did not approve the use of their likeness in the gallery show as a whole, which led me to figure out a more creative interpretation of the show. I thought focusing on the Snells - the antagonistic couple from the earlier seasons of the show would be an interesting and original angle to take. Setting them in a recreation of American Gothic with the burning church from season 1 in the background.
